How long does it take to process my order?

Typically it takes 3-5 business days to prepare your order and get it ready for shipping. If there is an extreme influx in orders, an unfortunate life event going on, or any other delays there will be an update posted here and if possible an estimated date of when it will be back down to the 3-5 day processing time. Please understand that orders are homemade, packaged and shipped all with the hands of two people. We are not perfect, but try our best! 

Current Processing Time: Typically 5-7 Business Days During The Holiday Season.

*Orders placed on Friday will begin processing on Monday the following week.

**Large/Bulk/Wholesale orders will have a longer processing time. This time changes and has a lot of factors that goes into it (ex: size), if you have questions please feel free to reach out!

What about shipping?

All Happy Pup Dog Treats are shipped through USPS (some bulk orders are shipped through UPS depending on the size) and are only shipped Domestically, unfortunately International orders cannot be processed at this time. 

The USPS site states, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for Domestic Delivery. Times will be more during bad weather and holidays. Please plan accordingly and understand that once the package is turned over to USPS it is out of my control.

You can also visit USPS or UPS to check the shipping times. All packages are shipped out of Boca Raton, FL (33432).

Please ensure that shipping information is correct when you place your order. If an incorrect address is listed, I am not responsible. If a re-ship is needed due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the additional fees.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the typical 2-8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, and the tracking number is not providing you the information you need, please contact me at thehappypupdogtreats@gmail.com with your name and order number and I will look into it for you. Please note that the time only applies to the shipping confirmation email and not the label printed confirmation email.
