Refund Policy

Returns:

Happy Pup Dog Treats does not accept Returns due to health, safety and sanitary precautions. If any items are returned they will be disposed of immediately without opening and no further action will be taken. All sales cannot be canceled after the first 24 hours.

Cancellations:

If your order needs to be canceled, please reach out within the first 24 hours via email at thehappypupdogtreats@gmail.com prior to shipment of product. Otherwise all sales are final and your order will process and ship as normal. If your order is canceled, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, oftentimes it takes 3-10 business days (30 for some 3rd party payment options) for it to show on your bank statement.

Damaged / Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide a photo of the item and packaging that was taken upon arrival when you contact me, if no photo is provided I will not be able to resolve the issue.

To file a claim for defective or incorrect items you can contact us at thehappypupdogtreats@gmail.com. If your claim is accepted, I will send you information on what steps will be taken.

Please Note: We package your treats the best we can to avoid damage, however, the post office can be rough with packages and some treats may be broken due to this. This is out of my control.

Refunds / Exchanges:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved for a refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, oftentimes it takes 3-10 business days (30 for some 3rd party payment options) for it to show on your bank statement. If approved for an exchange, a new order will be sent out to you in the appropriate time frame.
